We have a total of 1,927 properties within our community.
The earlier phases are referred to as the 'Fiesta
Collection'; the later are called the 'Carmel Collection'.
Each has its distinctive architectural style with the
'Carmels' looking more contemporary and are available
in larger floorplans as well as 2-story styles. We have
4 gates for access to our community: The 'Main' Gate'
with its entrance off of Margarite, Gates 2 & 3 with
access off of Jeronimo and Gate 4 off of Alicia. (The
Main Gate is the only one open after 10 p.m..) Phone

Casta Del Sol is an incredibly active community. Its two recreation centers, located near Gate 1 and Gate 2, are used by a multitude of clubs. Each are equipped wih meeting rooms, pool, whirlpool, restrooms and showers. Rec Center 1 is the larger of the two and it houses the office, library, gym, classrooms, art labs, billiard room, shuffleboard building, coffee social area, card room and maintenance office. Close to Rec Center 2, you'll find the residents' garden plots, tennis courts, handball courts, lawn bowling green, pitching range, botanical garden and walking park.
The list of clubs include (but are not limited to) Aerobics, Baby Boomers, Bible Study, Billiards, Bridge, Canine Companions, Ceramics, Chorale, Computer, Democrats, Golf, Ham Radio, Italian American, Lapidary, Las Damas, Las Flores, Lawn Bowling, New York/New Jersey, Pinochle, Republican, Shuffleboard, Variety and Vegetable Garden.
